Our servicing begins with a careful inspection of your watch so we can accurately estimate your watch. After estimation, the watch is carefully dismantled and each part of individually inspected and replaced if it does not meet our quality requirements. After we determine the watch is in working order, each part is cleaned ultrasonically to remove even the smallest impurities, and then lubricated. The watch case is then re-polished or satin-finished according to the original finish. The watch seals are replaced and the case is tested for the integrity of the waterproofing. A final inspection is done to ensure your watch is aesthetically impeccable and then it is returned to you.
